To cancel the auto-ship option please go to the Customer Service page on our website and click on the Auto-Ship Program link provided. At the top of the page you will then be allowed to choose the Auto-ship Form link and then the Cancel Auto-Ship option. Fill in required information and you are all set. You will receive a confirmation of cancellation email when your request has been processed.
