Choosing what style of razor you use is completely based on your personal taste and preference. Both electric and standard razors have good and bad points. Electric razors are fast, convenient and can be used on dry skin, but they usually don’t shave as closely as possible. Standard razors can obviously provide you with a closer, more accurate shave, but can also lead to skin irritation, razor bumps or ingrown hairs if improperly used.
