How do I stop acne on my back?

Some things you can do to help control acne outbreaks on your back are: 1) Shower immediately after exercising or sweating heavily to unclog pores; 2) Exfoliate your back with a loofah or body glove; 3) Use a soap containing saliclyic acid or a beta-hydroxy wash to dry skin and reduce oily residue; 4) Wear clothes that allow skin to “breathe” (like cotton) and try synthetic blends that use a mesh-like weave to pull sweat from the body when you work out; 5) Keep skin protected from the sun since exposure can trigger even further oil production; 6) Keep hair short to keep it from hanging on your back and irritating your skin; 7) Make sure all of your protective gear, helmets and backpacks fit you correctly to reduce irritation caused by objects constantly rubbing against your skin.
