The formula has not changed, so taking one tablet from this men’s antioxidant supplement is the same as taking one from the previous package. On the old packaging, we suggested “one or two tablets dailly.” Now we’ve standardized the serving size to two tablets daily in order to avoid confusion from our customers. If you prefer to take only one, that would be fine and would be equivalent to taking one from the previous packaging. However, keep in mind that the ingredients amount and Daily Value percentages now reflect a serving size of two tablets.
