To change your password you have to sign into your account with your email and old password. You should view a page with your account information and history. Under your billing address click on the Update link and you will be taken to a page that will allow you to change your existing password. Another option would be to call us at (800) 608-6367 Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm EST and whomever answers your call will be able to change your password as well.
