The Anti-Aging pump is not defective. It is a tubeless pump, but sometimes if air gets between the pump mechanism and the cream, the flow is interrupted and the pump will not push out any cream no matter how much you pump it. To correct this issue, simply turn the bottle upside down and spank it in order to get rid of the air pocket. Next, keeping the bottle upside down, push the pump until the flow of cream begins.
