A diet centered in rice, pasta, chicken and fish may not help in acquiring the right amount of essential nutrients that the body needs. Tomatoes

Tomatoes are widely known as a good source of lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that works to neutralize the damaging free radicals in the blood stream. Lycopene is shown to lower the levels of cholesterol in the cancer cells, making them weak and unable to reproduce rapidly. Tomatoes are seen to lower the blood sugar level in diabetic patients due to its high chromium content.

Walnuts

Oysters

Oysters contain dopamine, an important neurotransmitter that causes the falling in and out of sexual desire. The balanced level of dopamine in oysters affects the cravings for sex. Moreover, they are a good source of low fat protein and are usually easy to digest than meat. Oysters are loaded with vitamins such as A, B, C, and D while minerals include zinc, calcium, magnesium and iron.
